Is it possible to improve the connectivity between the Brady Cycle track and 10th Street wide sidewalk / multi-use path trail? This would provide safe east-west connectivity for bicycle commuters. The existing sidewalks between 10th + Howell Mill and 10th + Northside narrow and have poles. Alternatively are there plans to extend the funded protected bike lanes on 14th all the way into subarea 8, particularly to the Interlock area at 14th + Howell Mill?

I am looking for more east-west crosstown connections between West Midtown (subarea 8) and Midtown proper (East of the connector).

Is this all the meetings on this topic or has Clyde Higgs planned any other secret meetings the public needs to know about? The Beltline has been holding secret meetings to hold back plans already voted on, paid for by taxpayers, and planned. How can we trust the Beltline in any other community planning?
Suggestion
Beltline is great but having an adjacent light rail makes the most sense to maximize accessibility and functionality. It's impractical to walk 5-10+ miles to your favorite neighboring East/West/North/South beltline business and explore all the city has to offer. Lets make the subarea 8 beltline dynamic and provide true accessibility that highlights genuine urbanization.
